In order to cancel your service, follow these simple steps:
- Login to the client area https://clientarea.redy.host/
- Go to the Services page:
- Click on an empty space of a service (not a service domain name)
- Locate Request Cancellation link in the left sidebar. Click the link and complete the service cancellation request.
Note. If you have an invoice for your service generated, the system may prevent you from submitting a cancellation request. In such case, submit a support request and request service cancellation this way. Depending on various circumstances, RedyHost may require you to pay outstanding invoices before cancelling your account. Refer to the Hosting Services Agreement for more information.
